Emir Aviation has been managing Hajj and Umrah operations, including air-lifting the pilgrims, accommodation, and passenger cargo since 2008, initially from Tajikistan but since 2009 from its present base in the UAE and from other countries, including The Kyrgyz Republic, Pakistan, and Afghanistan, among others. Given the demand for ad-hoc charter flights, Emir Aviation has also been implementing an increasing number of charter flights as well as providing the required aircraft on wet-lease basis.

Tailored Solutions for Pilgrimage Journey Excellence
Unlike certain major airlines that rely mainly on their scheduled flights to and from Jeddah to air-lift the pilgrims from their source countries and, therefore, cause major inconveniences to the passengers, Emir Aviation organizes and executes special Umrah and Hajj air-lifting operations for each of its clients and air-lifts the pilgrims directly from the designated gateways in the source country to Jeddah or Medina Munawwarah and returns them in accordance with the flight slots that it secures from the Saudi Arabia GACA. This has been possible through close collaboration with the national air-carriers that would allow Emir Aviation to fly under their call-sign.
Air-lift operations on direct flights to Jeddah or Medina Munawwarah from most countries.
Offering a Free check-in luggage allowance of 40kg and Free carry-on bag of 7kg on return flights for each ticketed Hajj pilgrim (higher loads will attract additional costs).
Offering Free check-in luggage collection from all pilgrims from their accommodation in Mecca and Medina Munawwarah, processing them, and delivering them to the aircraft.
Shouldering the passenger embarkation and disembarkation taxes in all airports in the Kingdom.
Processing the entry Visas for Umrah pilgrims through our partner companies in the Kingdom.
Providing convenient and comfortable accommodations, including hotel and guest houses within 1.5-3 kilometers of the holy shrines in both Mecca and Medina Munawwarah at competitive rates.

- Serving coffee and tea breaks 2-3 times per day;

- Have 24/7 security at the entrance of these locations,
